1. What is Mother Copperware?
Mother Copperware is an Indian brand offering premium handcrafted copper, brass, bronze and earthen kitchenware, drink-ware, and tabletop items. Our products are rooted in traditional Indian wellness and crafted by skilled artisans and exporting to middle east and USA.
2. Are your products pure copper, brass and bronze ?
Yes. We use premium quality pure copper and authentic brass and bronze in our products. Each item is carefully tested for quality and purity. No harmful coatings or alloys are used unless otherwise specified.
3. How do I clean copper utensils?
To clean copper utensils:
Mix lemon juice (or vinegar) with salt and rub gently.
Use a soft cloth or sponge (avoid steel wool).
Rinse thoroughly with water and dry immediately.
Avoid dishwashers or harsh chemicals.

5. Can I use copper, brass and bronze products for cooking?
Copper , bronze and brass are ideal for serving, drinking, and storage. While some cookware may be suitable for cooking, we recommend not using unlined copper utensils directly on flame unless the product is specifically designed for it.
6. Why has my copper product changed color over time?
Copper naturally oxidizes and develops a dark or greenish patina over time. This is a natural process and not a defect. Regular cleaning restores its original shine.
7. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We offer pan-India shipping, including metro cities and remote locations. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
8. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Some handcrafted or customised products may take longer, and you’ll be informed in advance.
9. What is your return and refund policy?

10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
