⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery timeframes are shared at checkout. These are approximate and subject to location, distance, and courier efficiency.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.


📦 Shipping Details

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages if shipped from different locations.
  • You will be charged only one delivery fee per order, regardless of how many shipments are made.
  • All deliveries are handled by reliable logistics partners like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

💬 Special Requests

  • For any time-sensitive deliveries, kindly mention it in the order note or email us at care@mothercopperware.com. While we’ll do our best to meet your request, we cannot guarantee special delivery times.


❌ Cancellations & Non-Acceptance

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order by emailing care@mothercopperware.com.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Refusing to accept a COD order may result in permanent deactivation of the COD option for your account.
  • Prepaid order cancellations at delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts (3 times) will not be refunded and may impact your future orders.
