Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at Mother Copperware take great care in delivering our products to you. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process in case of any issues with your order. Please read the policy below carefully:

  1. 1) We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.
  2. 2) As lovely as our products may be, we understand that sometimes they do not fit in your home as expected. For such instances, we do provide returns as a service. We accept returns only up to 7 days post delivery of the order. We request you to clearly mention the items you wish to return. In case you are partially returning an order, please hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent.

    a) The return will be processed without any charge. We will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep and once picked up, we will issue a store credit for the value of items returned so you can shop for anything else on our website. Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable. We reserve the right to deny a free return if a previous COD order has been canceled at the doorstep.

    b) We reserve the right to deny a return or to charge for the return if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account.
  3. 3) We require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original papers must be returned with the product.
  4. 4) In rare cases, it is possible that the pincode might be unserviceable by our courier partners for returns. In such cases, the reverse pickup can only be done once the pincode becomes serviceable again.
  5. 5) We ship several thousand parcels and a missing product or theft in transit is extremely rare. In case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please reach out to the Mother Copperware team on email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have not received the parcel, please reach out to our team within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
  6. 6) Mother Copperware uses third-party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate delivery timelines and extend the best support possible to ensure timely delivery. For time-sensitive orders, please contact our customer team.
  7. 7) Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return in case of non-acceptance. For COD orders, we reserve the right to deny future orders. For prepaid orders, we reserve the right to charge 2-way shipping costs.
  8. 8) We aim to process all returns within 10 days. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Mother Copperware Care team at care@mothercopperware.com.
  9. 9) Return requests must be approved before processing. The Mother Copperware care team must receive and approve your return request via email, text, or WhatsApp. Once received, it may take up to 48 hours to respond with or without approval.
  10. 10) Orders placed online cannot be returned at physical offline stores.
  11. 11) Once returns are received and pass our quality checks, you will receive store credit or a voucher, redeemable on your next purchase. The voucher is valid for 3 months.
  12. 12) We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. In case of unresolved issues, the jurisdiction for disputes shall be New Delhi, India.
  13. 13) Our products are artisanal and handmade; slight differences in texture, color, and size are natural and not considered defects. These variations add uniqueness to each item.
  14. 14) For bulk or customized orders, this policy does not apply. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  15. 15) Mother Copperware reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order.

16) Please ensure the items returned are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

17) All reverse pickups will be scheduled by Mother Copperware and are free of cost for the first return per order. Subsequent return requests may incur additional shipping charges.
